If there’s one thing I learned from working with tradies, it’s this:

you’re absolute weapons on the tools… and absolute shockers at admin.

For three years, I was the go-to admin for sparkie & plumber teams.

I’ve taken calls while someone was yelling over the power tool noise, chased invoices that had gone walkabout, and decoded job notes that looked like they were written on the dashboard at the traffic lights. And honestly? I loved it.

It was busy, it was chaotic, but it was real. Now I take all that experience and use it to help tradies and small businesses get on top of their workload, stay organised, and actually breathe for once.

Working with tradies meant:

  • Scheduling jobs while someone said, “Yeah, chuck him in somewhere, we’ll make it work.”
  • Emailing customers who wanted things done yesterday.
  • Sending quotes, chasing invoices, and tracking payments.
  • Sorting job notes, supplier info and all the “I’ll send it later” tasks.
  • Keeping things running smoothly so the day goes to plan.

Tradies move fast — jobs change, weather hits, emergencies pop up, someone forgot a part — so admin needs to keep up.

And that’s exactly what I learned to do.

Get in touch today, we can organise a package that suits your needs.

It can be regular ongoing hours or just when needed, pay for what you need without the overheads.
